Sweet, Sweet, Lemonade
by: Haleigh Dixon
You’re potent.
Sweet, Sweet, Lemonade.
Always Irate.
Never chaste.
Laying waste,
like cut and paste.
Ever-present.
Incandescent.
Incessant depressant,
acting pre-pubescent.
I have to test it, but I must stress it.
You’re potent.
Sweet, Sweet, Lemonade.
Sour.
Acidic.
Trauer.
Bromidic.
Bitter.
Bullshitter.
Yeah, you hit her.
Dear monsieur, I concur, your mind is like vapeur.
I’m trying to “with it,” but I will quit it.
You’re potent.
Sweet, Sweet, Lemonade.
I am sure, the pulp of my chest will mature.
My wrath, I will detour.
Although, I am secure, my passion is not obscure.
I will fight with fervor.
You better cry for an ally,
Sweet, Sweet, Lemonade.
